If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or struggling in your career, relationships, or personal life, therapy can help. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit—therapy is about gaining clarity, breaking through patterns that aren’t working, and creating meaningful change. If you’re wondering whether therapy could help, chances are it’s worth exploring.
-
The first session is about getting to know you—what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping to work on, and how I can best support you. There’s no pressure to “have it all figured out.” We’ll start by exploring your concerns, your goals, and what therapy can look like for you.
-
My style is non-judgmental, practical, and insight-driven. I balance deep self-exploration with a focus on real-world change. That means we’ll go beyond surface-level strategies to get to the root of what’s holding you back—but we’ll also focus on what you can do now to start feeling better and moving forward.
-
It depends on your needs. Some people find a few months of therapy is enough to work through a specific issue, while others benefit from longer-term work to make deeper changes. My goal isn’t to keep you in therapy forever—it’s to help you gain the tools and insights you need to create lasting change. You may end therapy at any time.

I am an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t take insurance directly. However, many clients are able to use their out-of-network benefits for partial reimbursement.
I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. It’s best to check with your provider about your specific benefits.
